Please notify me 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
A $130 fee applies to late cancellations.
What to expect?
Sessions last 90 minutes. It is recommended that, at least for the first session, to be held in person:
- The session will begin with a detailed intake to get to know you and identify your needs and expectations.
- Suivront des explications relatives au processus de médiation et une revue du consentement à la médiation qui constitue aussi notre contrat de service professionnels.
- Pour chaque sujet de discussion, une revue des besoins sera effectuée avant d’aborder le cadre applicable et les pistes de solutions.
Rates
I accept mandates from the Quebec government program offering free hours depending on your situation.
- Once the number of free hours reached, the rate will remain $130/hour plus applicable taxes until the end of the mediation.
- When the government rate does not apply, the attorney’s rate will be $150/hour plus applicable taxes.
- These rates, for both mediation and legal services, do not include administrative fees related to opening a file ($25), disbursements, and cancellation fees.
I accept Interac transfers. When applicable, fees are payable at the end of each session.
